What To Include

To help us respond quickly, please include:

• The device and operating system you are using.
• A short description of what you were trying to do.
• Any error message you saw.
• Whether the issue involves sign-in, journals, moments, photos, places, Smart Suggestions, or account settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from You > Delete Account. This is intended to delete your account data and uploaded media from Memory Bank's systems.

Data Export

You can request a copy of your data in the app from You > Request a copy of my data, or by emailing bpmckee3@gmail.com.
