What To Include

To help us respond quickly, please include:

• The device and operating system you are using.
• A short description of what you were trying to do.
• Any error message you saw.
• Whether the issue involves sign-in, journals, moments, photos, places, Smart Suggestions, or account settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from You > Delete Account. This is intended to delete your account data and uploaded media from Memory Bank's systems. See Account and Data Deletion for full deletion steps, request options, and retention details.

Data Export

You can request a copy of your data in the app from You > Request a copy of my data, or by emailing bpmckee3@gmail.com.
